Camping Marinella....mmmm....supposed to have 4 stars, don't know how they got them, this is the worst camp site so far, at night its like a Bedouin camp, all we are missing is the camels and the belly dancers! Never mind, its close to the volcanic islands and Etna, and that's what we are here for.

is is my first step onto Stromboli, the photo does it no justice, it is truely beautiful. The black sand twinkled in the sunshine it was extraordinary.

Looks like this is our boat to see around Strombolli...are you getting on Arie? Just as he stepped onto the boat we were asked to "step away from the boat" and put on a private boat for two couples. Very nice it was too, shame there is no picture!
